35 Years of Coaching: As a teenager, Mr. Holger Helper led his first children's karate class independently on January 1, 1988, under the direction of Ulrich Halka at the Ninja sports studio in Blomberg. His passion continues to this day. For over 30 years, Mr. Helper has been working part-time, full-time, and now freelance in the Lippe district as a fitness trainer on the training floor, as a fitness course instructor, as a rehabilitation sports instructor, and as a lecturer for fitness studios and sports clubs. As a competitive kickboxer, he competed in over 200 national and international amateur fights from 1987 to 2002. A member of the IAKSA Germany national team for 10 years, he is a five-time German champion, and has participated in numerous international fights, kickboxing galas, and European and World Championships in semi-contact, light-contact, and full-contact kickboxing, distinguishing him as an all-around athlete. A hobby became a vocation, and a vocation became an entrepreneur with the vision of "helping people improve their health and fitness at a location of their choosing." Meeting people where they are. As a fitness and wellness all-rounder, Mr. Helper founded wellness mobil owl on August 1, 2008, and has since offered a unique mobile service in OWL for private customers and businesses.

 

15 years of wellness mobil owl: After numerous training courses and professional experience both at home and abroad, wellness mobil owl was born on August 1, 2008. Numerous private and corporate clients in OWL now trust us, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our regular customers for their loyalty to our mobile services.
Hotel and home visits: If you don't have time or would like exclusive, individual care, you can bring a fitness and wellness specialist to your home. Experience massages, cosmetics, pedicures, body care, thalassotherapy treatments, or personal fitness training in your familiar surroundings. Or you can visit one of wellness mobil owl's partner hotels in the Lippe district, including use of the sauna and swimming pool. Mr. Holger Helper has set up over 10 wellness stations for his clients, such as the Burghotel Blomberg, Quality Hotel Vital zum Stern in Bad Meinberg, Waldhotel Bärenstein in Horn-Extersteine, and the Best Western Plus Hotel am Ostertor in Bad Salzuflen. Customer- and service-oriented, Mr. Helper and his employees travel throughout the Lippe district, Herford, Bielefeld, and Gütersloh with their unique mobile service, winning the Lippe district's "Service Profi 2011" award in 2011.
Event and corporate services: Emotional experiences remain in the memory forever, while consultations, flyers, and business cards are quickly forgotten. Especially in today's visual world, something special is needed to differentiate yourself from the competition through customer proximity and innovation and gain a competitive advantage. For 15 years, Holger Helper has been enhancing special events in OWL with his wellness-mobil-owl. Be it a birthday party, a wedding, a bachelorette party, an anniversary celebration, or a company health day. He surprises guests, customers, and employees with his "chair massages." They sit on a massage chair and receive a massage in the shoulder, neck, and throat areas. The treatment can, of course, also be performed in the office directly at the workplace, at trade fairs directly at the booth, or in the banquet halls at events. Massages are also welcome as gifts and rewards for everyone. The specialist from Bad Salzuflen also deals with topics such as workplace ergonomics, health hazards, advice on ASD, and occupational health management for offices and administration.
