This data protection notice applies to us. We are a small company and, according to Article 37 of the EU GDPR, do not require a data protection officer. Only one person in the company processes all data. This person is also the responsible person and contact person for your data.

2. Collection and storage of personal data; Type, Purpose, and Use
When you commission us, the following information is collected:
- Title, first name, last name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
In addition, all information necessary to fulfill your appointment booking is collected.
The data collected may also include special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.
Personal data is collected:
- to identify you as a customer;
- to provide you with appropriate advice;
- to fulfill our service obligations to you;
- to comply with our statutory accounting obligations:

- to arrange appointments with you;

The processing of personal data occurs when you contact us and is necessary for the stated purposes of processing your appointment booking and fulfilling obligations to you arising from the underlying mobile service.
The personal data collected will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period for merchants (6, 8, or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. This does not apply in exceptional cases if we are obligated to store the data for a longer period due to tax or commercial retention obligations (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Criminal Code (StGB), or the German Tax Code (AO)) or if you have consented to longer storage.
