Born: 1972
The elixir of life: sport.
From childhood: 8 years of football, then 16 years of high-performance sport:
Kickboxing, boxing, karate. Continuous fitness training since 2001.
Professionally active in the fitness industry since 1987.
Since 2004, he has been increasingly active in the tourism and wellness industry.

2008: A dream becomes reality. The wellness mobil is born. The offer: Professional services and experience around fitness and wellness for private individuals and companies in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe area, Gütersloh, Herford and Bielefeld.

All-round health with the wellness mobil owl.
Health is our most important asset. We should treat this precious commodity consciously and protectively. If we get out of balance due to stress, pressure to perform, poor nutrition, lack of exercise or environmental influences, a mood disorder develops. This can insidiously develop into diseases. In order to counteract this, we should consciously take preventive action.
wellness mobil brings you closer to the world of wellness and fitness. You will experience a short holiday to recharge your batteries and energy. You will have the opportunity to get to know your own body better, to feel your inner power, to revive your senses.

From January 2018 - December 2022, the 'wellness mobil owl' supports as a sponsor, the financing of a children's bouncy castle to borrow free of charge for events in the Lippe district, so that children can jump and have fun.

5 years - 3 x vehicles for social institutions in Bad Salzuflen
From September 2014 to August 2019, the 'wellness mobil owl' supports the youth of the Stadtjugendring, Pro Regio e.V. / AWB e.V. and the VereintMobil from Bad Salzuflen as a sponsor, because children, young people, the elderly, people in need of care and clubs can use these vehicles for a meaningful leisure activity.
